Jim Eby, Director of Planning and Development

Jim is responsible for the strategic planning of the park district system and the development and implementation of the Capital Development Plan (CDP). He uses this planning instrument when developing strategies to complete the master plan. The CDP is a support tool that permits the Board and Staff to plan for expenditures in a manner that is effective and fiscally responsible.
