This facility houses the physical portion of the District's services. Purchased in 1992 this building, formerly used as a recycling center, provides an up to date site for the district's Parks Department. The 11,000 sq./ft. of space allows room for the Parks Department's offices, equipment repair and storage, recreation equipment storage, carpenter and sign shop, and parking for the District's vehicles. The site also has room for exterior material storage and several loading docks.
