Experience an island adventure at Hall Quarry Beach! 🌴🌺
Our splash-filled luau special event just for ages 9-12 is packed with beachy vibes, tropical tunes and nonstop fun. Kids will grab a lei, toss beach balls, splash with friends, and dance their way through an unforgettable evening in our own little tropical paradise. 💦🎶It's the perfect summer escape!

Wiggle, groove and dance with Ben Tatar and the Tatar Tots! 🕺✨
This jazzy group is fun for kids and offers great tunes for grown-ups. Get set for audience interaction, toys, surprises and fun songs about food. This concert is offered in partnership with Batavia Public Library.
Stick around for the first River Rhapsody concert of the season at 7 p.m. with Chicago Rockhouse playing your favorite classic rock tunes.
It will be an engaging night of song and dance for the whole family!

Young athletes will learn the basics of cheer in this 45-minute program focusing on facial expressions, arm movement, vocals, jumping, flexibility, tumbling and poms. A pep assembly will be held the last day of class. Cheer participants should wear athletic attire and lace-up tennis shoes.

Spend an hour relaxing and de-stressing at Crystal Bowls sound healing, led by Batavian Mike McGuigan. Harmonious sound vibrations can relax muscles, releasing tension and stress. Our parks department has been hard at work planting flowers and plants at our parks and facilities. Check out beautiful plantings at Peace Plaza ( formerly known as South Riverwalk Plaza ), Hall Quarry Beach, Peg Bond Center and the Riverwalk, Civic Center, Eastside Community Center, Callahan Community Center and other locations. Thanks to Peter and Antonio for planning these gorgeous new plantings and designs.
On Tuesday, June 2nd from 6-8 p.m. three courts will be closed at West Main Community Park for Pickleball League.
Please donate your plastic jars for our mural project!
This summer the Park District will work on a community mural project. We need your help donating clean plastic jars such as nut butter, pickle jars and jelly jars with lids.
The donation bin is in the Civic Center lobby, 327 W. Wilson in the alcove next to the gym.
Our pickleball open gym players Stan and Jeff started us off by placing (what else?) pickle jars into to donation bin. While glass jars are accepted, plastic is preferred.
Talenti Gelato jars are perfect, and who doesn't need an excuse to eat gelato?
We are so proud of our Energy City Soccer League players who finished their spring season on Saturday. ⚽Thanks so much to the players, their families and the volunteer coaches who contributed to the success of the season. Players received medals after playing some spirited games.
If your child is interested in soccer, fall Energy City leagues start in early September for ages 3-6 and early August for ages 7-8. Registration begins in July. Check bataviaparks.org/soccer for details.
